There he is! Proud new owner! Glad it got connected with someone who will appreciate it. Red probably knows more about these boats than Art Carlson himself. I'll be glad to share what I've learned over the years as well, but Red is certainly the man when it comes to these boats. I've gotten solid advice from him every time.

Scimitar project for sale

Aw Steviepoo

Ain't mad at you in the least, and beside's  ... my smacker has been broke a Long time  :)

but ya know, I have givin thought taking that one off our hands, but then I slapped myself

like, where would I put it, when could I get to it, ya know I got 4 of them babies here now,

looking for one to leave next week towards Austrailia, another leaving week after or two for St Louis,

and maybe a month or so before the gold one leaves for Minnasota, then I'm Retiring ... Again

My project scimitar will be going in the shop next, well .... after my grandsons css 19 transom and motor job

and some where in there is my little house boat.

I can't believe you still have it either, thats the cheapest scimitar project Ever ... and just for who wants to know,

I paid $5000 for the gold boat from Maryland, $4500 for the one from Arizona, $3000 for the one from Texas

and $4000 for the one I recently bought from my friend Clay, all projects.

I better get off here before I start Thinking again

Kirby,

Hey bud, no t-tops or winglets included at that price, that would be insane. The price is already insane. smile I can't believe Red didn't come get it already himself, but I think he's a little pissed at me that I'm selling it. no I still love him even if he's not happy with me right now...

I can get some measurements for you if need them. I honestly can't believe I still have it. I figured at this price it would be gone in an hour. I actually figured Red would show up at my door, smack me, and take it back to OKC.

What shape are the winglets and T-tops in? If you would give me the total length and width of trailer and all, and shoot me a couple pictures of it in its current condition I would appreciate it.

Yes, that is the boat. The trailer in the picture was borrowed, the one under it now is very similar.

I do still have it, you can PM me or email at the address listed in the link. After years of chasing projects, I've found it's quicker, cheaper, and a lot easier to go get them myself... shipping is usually a major hassle and expense, but, maybe you've had good experiences with shipping.

I have a Scimitar I started on a few years back, and I am just not going to have any time in the next few years to get to it, so I'm letting it go. There are more details at this link:
