3 down/1981 scimitar

Hi damo - you're welcome. My turn will come someday too - hopefully closer to the East or in Europe...

Ps. Well, I wouldn't mind getting a ride when I'm in Melbourne ;) Keep us posted...

in my opinion,  you you got a Great Deal there Damien, thats a  real pretty boat.  Rex has a mint 1984 that may never see the water again, but he likes looking at it sitting there in his showroom, Rex builds the Vector boats up in Canada, really beautiful, and expensive boats.  http://www.vectorpowerboats.com/HOME.html

Hey Gang ... I'm getting better, and I got a computer that works, it's Really slow and won't load any pictures or video's,  it's my wifes wireless laptop, but at least I can get back out in the world.  I got out of the house today and took the Fox out for lunch,  it's our 39th anniversary, and I've put together a few days with-out a drink. see that Rex has his Scimitar for sale ag ain,  I thought he sold that one two years ago, or near then, has anyone talked to him, got any idea what he wants, last I heard from I think it was $16,500 and I thought he sold it for that.
http://classifieds.castanet.net/showprod I heard from him he said $16,500uct.php/product/725596

I have found a business in Pensylvania that can build a windshield for my boat, but it would cost over $2000 so I am going take mine out and let Frankie use it for a mold for an arcrylic one ... I Think,  it's not so bad I can't use it, just makes me mad to keep lookin at it.

looks like ill be making a custom teak TV, grabbin soome popcorn and nestling into my new recliners, and watching a full marathon of price is right. i talked to the owner out in iowa and settled the deal on his 1981 emerald mist scimitar, seems to pretty much complete and has a few new things done to it also, ill fill in the details later.
